PHANTOM OF THE OPERA MEETING: There will be a meeting on Thursday, April 7th in the auditorium during CAMP for any student interested in auditioning for Phantom of the Opera next year. Any freshman through junior who would like to attend the meeting, should sign up in the attendance office. Students must sign up to attend the meeting.

TODAY IS A RED DAY

CARDINAL WORD OF THE DAY: Pridian (adjective) - relating to a previous day or yesterday. Today's weather is only a shadow of this weekend's pridian glory.

MARCH OF DIMES: Mrs. Misner will be set up in the main hall in the mornings for sign ups for March for Babies. Last year Benton won for the most student funds raised, we would like to beat that this year. The walk is on April 16th and begins at 10:00. Please come see Mrs. Misner and sign up to support healthy babies.

MONTH OF THE MILITARY CHILD CELEBRATION: On April 3rd and 17th, the KC Royals will have discounts and events for military families and their children. Tickets are discounted and cost $10 for field box seats (a $36 value). Free activities are provided, including autographs on April 17th. Come join in if you're a member of a military family!

PROM COMMITTEE: You are expected to attend meetings every Tuesday until Prom in Room 105 at 7:10am. Please attend!

METROPOLITAN COMMUNITY COLLEGE-MAPLE WOODS SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
1. If you are going into Veterinary Technology and have a 2.0 GPA.
2. If your area of study will be English, literature, language. or physical science & you have a 3.0 GPA.

CARDINAL WORD OF THE DAY: Inane (adjective) - silly, very foolish. The removal of chairs from Mr. Turner's room was a very inane April Fool's Day prank.

MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER: There will be a motivational speaker, Tiffany Eris, at Word of Faith Family Worship Center, 604 S 20th St, on Friday, April 1st at 6:30pm. Learn how this beautiful, talented, intelligent, college graduate became addicted to drugs and lost her legs because of her substance abuse.
