TODAY IS A WHITE DAY

CARDINAL WORD OF THE DAY: Melange - a mixture of often incongruous elements. Critics panned the new film as an awkward melange of heavy drama, zany comedy, and overblown special effects.

FBLA MEMBERS: Congratulations to all of you for qualifying for state competition. Only 5 can attend, but we needed all of you to compete and raise our score. We have a meeting Wednesday, Jan. 26 at 7:10 a.m. Please be here to work on district FBLA contest and discuss state LifeSmarts. See you then.

NHS APPLICATION: Students who are interested in becoming a member of the National Honor Society during their junior or senior year needs to pick up the information from Ms. Sherard in Room A114 or Ms. Bosworth in Room 209. The forms must be completed and returned by Monday, January 31.

ATTENTION ANYONE INTERESTED IN PLAYING GIRLS SOCCER: No experience is needed and we encourage any and everyone to come out and give it a shot! There will be a MANDATORY meeting for any girls who plan on playing soccer this spring on FRIDAY, JANUARY 28th during CAMP in the auditorium! In order to attend this meeting you need to stop by room 100 and sign up with Ms. Bosch before or after school, so that you are not counted absent. If your name is not on the list AHEAD of time, you will not be able to attend this meeting. Again, the meeting will be Friday, January 28th and anyone interested is encouraged to come!
