STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

BENTON LIT MAGAZINE "Hope" is on sale now. Copies may be purchased for $3.00 each in Room 205.

CRASH SIMULATION for sophomores is Tuesday, May 19th at 9:45 a.m. This will take place in front of the school.

HILLYARD TECHNICAL CENTER Greenhouse Management Class will be having their ½ Price Sale on Wednesday, May 20th. Questions, call Jill Huntsman at 671-4170.

SENIORS: Your library books are due Wednesday, May 20th. Students in grades 9th, 10th, and 11th, your books are due Wednesday, May 27th.

A+ SENIORS if your name was announced in the scholarship assembly as having qualified for A+, please stop in the A+ Office to pick up your certificate.

A+ SCHOOLS PROGRAM TUTOR TRAINING: The last tutor training scheduled for this year is Tuesday, May 19th - 2:50 p.m. in the library. Check with the A+ Office for details on tutoring opportunities available this summer.

SUMMER SCHOOL APPLICATIONS have arrived in the counseling center. Pick up the forms and return them to your counselor if you plan to sign up for summer school. If you have failed one of your core classes, you should sign up for summer school to keep you on track for graduation. The following classes are offered:

Foods, Nutrition, Wellness

MARKETING AND MARKETING INTERNSHIP: Juniors or Seniors planning to take Marketing and a Marketing Internship next year, should sign up with Mr. Musser for the summer Marketing Internship class. The hours you work during the summer will count for the class next fall. You can only count the hours if you sign up for the summer class. Check with Mr. Musser if you have questions.

HEALTH EXPRESS will be here May 21st doing sports physicals for next year. The cost will be $10.00. June 1st the cost goes up to $15.00. Please see the school nurse to sign up.

SENIORS: There will be a mandatory Senior Service Day on Tuesday, May 26th that will count toward your community service requirement to graduate.
