STUCO FRESHMEN ELECTIONS: Freshmen, don't forget we are voting Friday during lunch for Stuco Freshman President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and 2 reps. Sign up in Mr. Reigert's room A120 if you want to be considered.

FBLA MEETING: FBLA meeting will be held on Sept. 17 at 7:10 a.m. in Room 111. Bring your fundraiser order forms or $30. We will begin preparing for LifeSmarts competition and plan the field trip.

HEISMAN SCHOLARSHIP: The Wendy's Heisman Scholarship is due October 1st. This is an excellent scholarship opportunity for student athletes. Apply online at wendyheisman.com or see Mrs. Turner for more information. This information (along with all other scholarship information) is also posted on Prep HQ.

PREP HQ: If you are a college bound senior, it is imperative that you be registered on Prep HQ and that you check it frequently throughout the year. Prep HQ is where ALL scholarship information is posted. You will surely miss out on an opportunity if you are not using this system. See Mrs. Turner or Mrs. Hitch for assistance ASAP!

COLLEGE FAIR: Missouri Western State University is hosting a College Fair this Sunday, September 20th at Fulkerson Center from 1:00-3:00. Anyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.

PLAY AUDITIONS: Auditions for the all-school play, The Importance of Being Earnest, will take place today, September 15th, and Wednesday, September 16th at 3:00 in the auditorium. Callbacks will be September 17th. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Schultz in room 102.

A+ TUTORING TRAINING: The next tutoring training for the A+ Program will be held in Mrs. O'Dell's classroom today at 2:45 p.m.

LIBRARY CARD SIGN-UP MONTH: September is Library Card Sign-Up Month! Come into the library anytime during the month of September, show us your St. Joe Public Library OR Rolling Hills Consolidated Library card. You can enter to win prizes in our library card contest drawing!

OVERDUE BOOKS: Overdue notices will be printed and handed out TODAY during CAMP.
If you know you have an overdue book, please re-new or turn in today.

This Friday is International Talk Like A Pirate Day, and the library will be celebrating.

So smartly me lads and lasses; head down to the library on Friday dressed to the gills like a pirate, and talkin to the library wenches like a pirate, and you might win some treasure. (This be including the buccaneer teachers too)
Shiver me timbers! I almost forgot. If'n your dress or talk is not school appropriate you'll be walkin the plank fer sure!
