HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARTY CANCELED: Drama Club's Halloween Party has been cancelled for this Friday. It will be rescheduled for a later date. Please check the callboard and listen to announcements for further information. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Schultz in room 102.

DRAMA CLUB T-SHIRTS: Drama Club shirts have arrived. If you ordered a shirt, please drop by room 102 to pick it up!

ALL-SCHOOL PLAY: The all-school play, "The Importance of Being Earnest" has changed performance dates. Mark your calendars for November 13th, 14th, 20th and 21st, so you don't miss this great show!

TRIP TO EUROPE: There will be a student informational meeting about an upcoming trip this July to Northern Italy, Monaco, and France TODAY after school in room A116. If you cannot make the meeting, please see Mrs. Keith for the information.

BLOOD DRIVE: The Community Blood Center and The Benton High School Student Council will be holding a Blood Drive, Monday November 2, 2009 During Periods 1, 3, 5, and 7. Please if you have not signed up, do so in Mr. Reigert's room A120.

URGENT SCHOLARSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT: Seniors, we just received information on the ELKS Most Valuable Student Scholarship. The deadline to apply for this scholarship is October 30th - less than 2 weeks away. You must fill out the application online. See Mrs. Turner or go to PrepHQ for more information.

COMMUNITY SPIRIT AWARD: If you are applying for the Prudential Spirit of Community Award, you MUST get your application and written essay to Mrs. Turner by Friday, October 30th.

ACT TEST DATE: Students, sign up now to take the ACT on December 12th. Deadline to register is November 6th. Please see your counselor or Mrs. Hitch for more information. If you are a Junior and you are college bound, you must take the ACT before the end of your Junior year or you will miss important deadlines next year.
