The members of the Step Team will have their first Practice Novemeber 3rd, Monday Morning @ 7 a.m., All who are interested can show up.

Attention all baseball players who are NOT out for a Fall Sport. We will have a meeting in room 112 on Monday, November 3 immediately after school. Winter workout schedule and preseason information will be given. If you have any questions please see Coach Musser..

Benton High School will begin it's first ever 'Organized Indoor Futsal League', November 15th. Anyone interested, please stop by the Library and see Coach Milbourn for more information. No soccer experience neccessary, and any boy/girl interested in participating in BHS's socer programs next year, this is a fun and easy way to learn how to play!!


Members of the FRIENDS OF RACHEL CLUB are inviting other interested students to help them support the Fall Book Sale of the Public Library. The sale runs from November 3 through 8 at Stoney Creek Inn (north of Frederick at 1201 Woodbine Road). Volunteers are needed to help set up any time during the day on Monday. The sale starts at 5 p.m. Monday and runs until 8 p.m. People can volunteer any evening, Monday through Friday, from 5 to 8. Jobs will include unpacking books, carrying books for customers, and running the cash register. On Friday night, a crew is needed from 8 to 10 p.m. to help break down the sale and pack up the unsold books. Hours volunteered will count toward the required Community Service for all students. If you are interested, sign up in the Counseling Center in the Friends of Rachel notebook (on the counter under the clock).

Benton Library Book Club Meeting, Tuesday November 4th @ 3:00 p.m. in the library

Foreign Language Club will meet on Tuesday, November 4 after school in room 202.

Delta Beta Sigma ( Benton's first faternity)
The D.B.S.'s goal is to help Burnned Unit Children feel like "Regular People",again. They try and accomplish this goal by visiting Childrens Mercy Hospital for a whole afternoon, one weekend a month to talk and play with the kids. Due to all the Aids Societies and Cancer Care groups,the Burn Unit Children are being left. Anyone who wants to Join, Benton's first faternity, please feel free to
contact the sponsor Mr.Kelly (science teacher)before November 15th


FCA meets every Friday in A123 at 7:00 am

Interested in being a part of the State Girls Basketball Championship Program at Benton? Well, Try-outs will begin Novemeber 10th and anyone that wants basketball shoes, see Coach Goodwin, ASAP.
